| As daughters of an entrepreneur, we have looked forward to creating our own business for
as long as we can remember. In the fall of 2005, "Anne & Catherine" made our debut at a local
street fair in Austin, TX, retailing our art, apparel, and stationery. Since that time, our apparel
& stationery lines have expanded into wholesale markets nationwide. We look forward to
